You may return products purchased from emmisklemmis.com without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) days from receiving the products purchased on emmisklemmis.com.
It is necessary to return the items to SWESN by giving them back to the courier within ten (10) days from the date on which the items are delivered to you.

 The return right - besides compliance with the terms and procedures described above - shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

• the products have not been used, worn, washed or damaged;

• the products are returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging including all tags and etiquettes;

• returned items are sent back to SWESN within ten (10) days from the date the package was delivered to you.

 

Upon the receipt of the retuned goods SWESN shall confirm that the terms and conditions stated above have been duly complied with and promptly start the refund procedure. The refund amounts shall be paid as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days from the date on which SWESN has received the returned goods. The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used:

• payment by PayPal account: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card,

• purchase by Credit/Debit Card through PayPal: refund time will depend on the card company’s policies.
